	1.	As such , they are not Parliamentary Committees . इस प्रकार , वे संसदीय समितियां नहीं होतीं .
	2.	All the Parliamentary Committees of the Lok Sabha are constituted by him or by the House . लोक सभा की सब संसदीय समितियां उसके द्वारा या सदन द्वारा गठित की जाती हैं .
